I hand-dyed this vintage Talbots skirt in a watery sea-glass blue and added a thigh-high slit for movement and a more current silhouette.
Wear it lower on the hips with a tiny white tank or crochet top, shell jewelry and flat sandals. Add a barely-there heel and something slinky up top after dark.
